Enjoying spectacular views over Port Isaac Bay and surrounding countryside, these six timber lodges are furnished and equipped to a very comfortable standard providing excellent all year round holiday accommodation.

The area around Port Isaac is designated as being an AONB. Two footpaths lead to the Heritage coast path from the farm. The sandy beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock are within a few minutes’ drive, with a ferry from Rock to Padstow, where bikes may be hired for a ride along the Camel Trail to the market town of Wadebridge which is 9 miles by road.
Visit the picturesque village of Tintagel which is steeped in history about its legendary castle, said to have belonged to King Arthur, with Merlin’s caves in the coves below. The quaint fishing village of Boscastle with its picturesque harbour and Bodmin Moor is easily accessible.
The area offers excellent golf courses, horseriding fishing and watersports. Shop and pub 1 mile.

  1. Ideal base for travelling around Cornwall, would recommend. March 2012.
  2. An idyllic position in well appointed cottages. A perfect relaxing break. Even the sun came out for our stay. Already looking forward to booking our 3rd visit! Feb 2012.
  3. Very comfortable, well serviced, clean accommodaion with lovely views. Great location for our dog as he loved playing in the large enclosed field in which the lodges are situated. A mile(ish)walk into Port Isaac, quite dark at night, part with no path area. Great views and coastal walks. Most places in Port Isaac stop serving meals between 3-6pm, which is worth noting. Oct 2011.
  4. This was a wonderful family holiday. The lodge was warm, clean and cosy and the animals on the farm added some charm. We took our dog and the location was perfect for him to have plenty of sea front walks on and off lead. Surfing and horse riding 10-15 mins by car in Polzeath and Bodmin. Angela in Port Issac offers lovely beauty treatments which was a great way to end the holiday. The Old School House and Smiling Sardine in Port Issac offer great food. Oct 2011.
  5. Great plave to stay, you will need a car to get around as local buses are every 1-2hours! Accommodation peaceful and had a nice view over the sea. The lodge has free roaming chickens and ducks and two penned goats. Inside 3 good size bedrooms with snug duvets and pillows, the kitchen also had a dish washer - so in all a great place to stay. Oct 2011.
  6. We’ve been back so many times now I can’t even recall how many - it’s a superb location and is really good and safe for kids. Aug 2011.
  7. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, easy to get to and in a great location. Feb 2011.
  8. Liked the location and convenience to coastal walks. July 2010.

  13. It was in a beautiful location, the lodge was very well kept and fully stocked, we had everything we could want, and our dogs just loved it. We are already talking about going back again. Sept 2009.
  14. it was lovely to be in the grounds of the farmhouse, animals great if you have little ones. Accommodation lovely clean & fairly well equipped. The only down side was access to Port Isaac without a car as there were no pavements which was a shame as we love walking out with our little boy, no access to footpaths with a trolley! Sept 2009.
  15. It was well laid out with amazing views of the sea and in a quiet location. It was far enough away from the other properties to allow privacy, but close enough for socialising. July 2009.
  16. Very clean and tidy with lots of plates, cutlery etc. In a very peaceful location. Plenty of hot water, good shower and bathroom, beds and bedding very good. July 2009.
  17. Beautiful area. Owner very pleasant and helpful, area on a whole great. Excellent beaches in area, lots of excellent walks for our dog. Sep 2007.
  18. Fullfilled all our needs, superb situation, fantastic view, lovely accommodation and huge bonus that we could take our dog and there was ample room to walk him late at night and first thing in the morning away from the accommodation. Enabled us to see our brand new grand daughter easily without living in their pockets (Newquay) In fact they came to see us and are thinking of taking a short break there. Would love to return. Feb 2007.
  19. The lodge was really cosy & warm which was perfect on a chilly weekend as we have a 1 year old little girl. She absolutely loved the chickens & ducks too. It was all very relaxing & homely. Nov 2007.
  20. The lodge we stayed in was set in a lovely location with views towards the sea. It was well equipped even with a dishwasher. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. Overall as a base for a holiday in Cornwall the lodge was superb. June 2007.
