Property Description

This attractive detached bungalow is double glazed, well-equipped and very comfortably furnished, making it an ideal holiday choice. Just two miles from Perranporth with its sandy surfing beach with lifeguards in attendance, Links Golf Course, and excellent coastal walks. The A30 is a short distance away allowing fast travel down to Lands End. Newquay with many sandy beaches, leisure facilities and nightlife is 6 miles. City of Truro 9 miles. Garden centre with many facilities including a restaurant nearby. Shop/PO and pub with restaurant 100 yards.

2 steps to entrance. All on ground floor: Living room. Dining room. Kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

  1. Tremara is a beautiful and cosy bungalow, very much a ’home from home’. The bungalow is extremely well kitted out, especially the kitchen, and the visitor’s information supplied was very helpful. Tremara is an ideal base for exploring all around Cornwall. Nearby to the bungalow there are several handy facilities including a shop, a little park within close walking distance which is ideal for taking dogs for a short stroll, and also a very handy garden centre and pet store all located close by. It was fabulous that we could take our dog to Tremara too, we all very much enjoyed staying there. Thank you! Sept 2011.

Whole cottage was well equipped, everything you could think of for a holiday was provided. Ideal position in village, excellent pub on one corner of adjacent road, local shop on other corner. Meals in pub excellent, beer very good, service friendly and efficient. Shop very well stocked, again very clean and friendly. July 2010.
