1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Convenient for the beautiful rugged Atlantic Coast and Bodmin Moor. Golf, riding and swimming available nearby. Tintagel of King Arthur fame is 5 miles and Boscastle 6 miles. Sandy beach 4 miles. Eden Project ½ hr by car. Shop and pub ½ mile.

All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. 2 double bedrooms, one with additional single. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Cot and high chair on request. DVD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Enclosed garden and furniture. Barbecue. Parking (2 cars). Wheelchair access.

  5. For us this property was ideally located in a small friendly town with some very good shops and food outlets. The area was ideal for our regular dog walks immediately from the property and it was only a short drive to numerous activities, not withstanding the excellent beach and facilities at Trebarwith Strand. The award winning Fish and Chip shop in Camelford was good and we had a nice walk from our property along the Camel trail into the town of Camelford. Had a brief visit to Port Isaac which was very quaint but we ran out of time and will certainly try and visit again if we come back to the area. Of course Padstow was worth a visit but be prepared for it to be busy. All ground floor and safe for children and dogs. Nicely presented layout and plenty of room. Clean and well equipped. Aug 2009.
