First to be awarded the national status of Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Quantock Common is designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest. At the heart of the West Country, Somerset is a destination of dramatic coastline, seaside resorts, epic English countryside and historic places. This detached holiday property has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard. It benefits from an enclosed garden, which is ideal to watch the birds and see the local wildlife, as well as benefiting from spacious accommodation. There is a woodburner in the living room which makes the property ideal for all year round holidays. Suitable for families and friends to get together for holidays or celebrations. The spacious grounds and idyllic surroundings offer a delightful, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere - the perfect antidote to everyday living. The West Dene way footpaths are well worth exploring and are right on the doorstep. The owner is happy to offer tours of the farm especially for children. Close to Minehead, a great family day out with lovely beaches and a fun seaside town. The West Somerset Railway is close by and Dunster Castle is worth a visit. Exmoor National Park is also on the doorstep. On Exmoor it is still possible to find tranquillity and peace as well as rediscovering your sense of adventure; to catch a glimpse of wild red deer, be amazed by dark skies full of stars and explore villages full of character. There are many NT properties all waiting to be explored. Beach 12 miles. Shop 4 miles, pub and restaurant 2½ miles.

If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
