1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

In Fronsadais, in between Bordeaux, Libourne and Saint André-de-Cubzac, this detached holiday property is set in a peaceful position. The village is known for the beautiful château of La Rivière, the caves which can be visited and wine tastings. At less than ½ an hours drive from Saint Emilion this region is famous for lovely tasteful wines. With an enclosed garden and a private swimming pool, this house offers a good value base to explore the region. Plenty of Roman churches can be found all around, fishing in the river Dordogne, horse riding in Fronsac or just walking in hill top villages, there is plenty to do. For a day out shopping Bordeaux is a must as well as visiting the museums, see the restored town with its magnificent 18th century houses along the river, or drive to the ocean for the huge waves ideal for windsurfing.

  1. A great rural property offering a comfortable retreat! Dont expect anything other than French Country Cottage with all the facilities you require. We found it a great place to chill by the Pool. Trips to the beach included Royan and Biscarosse and it was a great location to hit the beaches within an hour and a half. Libourne which is the main town is 5 minutes by car and had a wide selection of Shopping, restaurants and Cafes and is alongside the River Gironde. Great Chateau’s locally and many different wines to explore. Two kids aged 11 and 9 had a great time and were never out of the decent sized pool. Aug 2011.
  2. Lovely villa, perfect for relaxation but when weather wasn’t great it is close enough to tourist attractions to go and explore. Garden perfect for dogs, very high walls that even mine couldn’t jump! July 2011.

  7. Lots of space and seating appropriate to the number of beds, many property photos indicated they provided less seating in kitchen and lounge areas than the number of beds they accommodate. The downstairs bedroom was a bit dark, but the remainder of the accommodation was lovely. Oct 2009.
