1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

7. Depending on popularity and property availability, this offer may be extended or withdrawn.

Property Description

Torness is a wonderful holiday cottage located in Tobermory on the Isle of Mull, the second largest of the Inner Hebrides islands. This detached self catering cottage has a peaceful location on the hillside above the town. The lounge is large and bright, with a vaulted wooden ceiling and large patio doors leading out into the private garden. The kitchen is compact but very well equipped. There is an open hatch access to the lounge/dining area. There are two good sized bedrooms at either end of the house. One has en suite facilities; the other is right next door to the shower room. The garden is grassy, spacious and enclosed by a fence. It is only a short stroll down into Tobermory itself with its wonderful colourful harbour front shops and eateries.

Ground Floor: Property is all on ground floor level is heated by electric storage heaters and convector heaters and comprises:
Lounge: With storage heaters and electric fire, TV, DVD, Freesat, radio/CD, patio doors leading to private rear garden
Dining Area: With wooden table and chairs
Kitchen: With electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer washing machine
Bedroom 1: With double bed, built in wardrobe, en suite with bath, shower over bath, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and shaver point
Bedroom 2: With large single bed, built in wardrobe
Shower Room; With shower cubicle, WC, wash basin, heated towel  and shaver point
 

All power and bed linen included. Tea towels only supplied. (Note the owner does have an emergency supply of towels that can be purchased if required). Telephone incoming calls only. The cottage is suitable for one couple and one adult, or a couple with one child aged over 12 years (due to the steep embankment and river side which are close by).Fully enclosed garden with patio area and outdoor furniture (note from the garden there is gate access to steps and a steep embankment leading down to a lower patio area which is beside the river). Off road parking for 2 cars. Wifi internet access available. BT Sports available.
