Property Description

This semi-detached property is an easy walk to the Camel Estuary and the town centre with selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. An ideal holiday base for exploring the north Cornwall coastline.   1. This property is set in a wonderful village. It is positioned down a fairly quiet lane, however, parking is difficult if you have more than one vehicle. The house is in a lovely condition with a small yet enclosed garden at the rear. The location of the property made excursions to beaches and visitor attractions etc just a small drive away. Just across the road is a lovely play ground and playing field which makes this ideal for families with children/dogs. I would highly recommend the cottage. June 2012.
  2. Good location, friendly people, nice shops, good access to other locations. Able to use bus pass for trip to Padstow! Facilities in accommodation acceptable, parking was sometimes a problem. June 2011.
  3. Nice clean cottage with small but pleasant patio garden home from home and a very handy parking space undercover for one car. Pets were welcome. Approx 5 mins walk to centre of Wadebridge with shops. Lovely park with the Camel estuary running alongside very close approx 3 mins walk. Approx 6 mile drive to Padstow Harbour. Would definitely rebook this lovely cottage. March 2011.

  6. Very nice property, well laid out with plenty of space and very clean and tidy. Easy to find and very well located on the north Cornish coast. I would have liked to have seen a photograph of the garden and patio area on the website as it was not clear that there is a reasonable sized area for bbq’s etc. June 2010.

  9. Spacious, modern, light, really nice feel to the place and we settled in easily and quickly. The road it’s on is narrow and getting in and out of the car port was tight but not difficult. David aged 9 - I liked it really, it just felt like home. Aug 2009.
