Threeways is less than three miles from the coast; the nearby Blue Flag sandy beach of Sea Palling is a fine example of a Norfolk’s unspoilt beach. Hickling Broad offers sailing and windsurfing, and nearby Sutton Staithe offers boat and canoe hire. Cycling and walking nearby. Shops ¾ mile, pub 10 yards.

  4. I can’t recommend this holiday home enough, the owners go the extra mile and are close to hand for any queries. A gorgeous house with everything in you can imagine, even games for all to play. More bathrooms than you imagine so there is no mad rush in the mornings. We didn’t want to leave and go back to our own homes. You wont be disappointed. Feb 2012.

  6. The property was first class in every respect, and with three small children and a dog, the enclosed garden was a real boon. The owners live behind the property, but apart from a very good welcome, they were totally invisible throughout our stay. There was adequate parking for three cars and the property was in a very quiet position. Excellent in every respect. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for. Sept 2011.

This was an excellent place for a family holiday to celebrate my retirement with my family gathered from Cardiff, London, Northampton and Leicester.The accommodation was spacious and well planned, so suited all the family including four grandchildren, 6 mths to seven years. The garden was safe and secure for children, there was always plenty of hot water, four bath/shower rooms (a big help when you all want to get out in the morning). A big cooker, fridge, washing machine and everything you could wish for. We were all impressed by the quality of the furnishings and decor. It looked and felt like someone’s well looked after home not holiday accommodation. Aug 2011.

  11. Good sized bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms plus two further bathrooms,and another toilet downstairs, enabled each of our four couples to have their own facilities. No queing for the loo or a shower! Feb 2011.
