It has a secluded patio area overlooking the large shared lawn with distant country views ideal for a morning cup of coffee or alfresco dining. Stroll down the lane to the pretty village of St Neot or walk a bit further onto Bodmin Moor itself. Well placed to visit some of the many pretty fishing villages that Cornwall has to offer including Mevagissey with its harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants, Fowey with walks, shops, galleries and plenty of places to eat and drink, also within easy reach is the Eden Project. Shop and pub 0.5 miles, restaurant 3 miles.

All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. 1 double (5ft) bedroom. Shower room with toilet.
