Although only 35 yards from the village road, it feels miles from anywhere. A great base for bird watchers, golfers, nature lovers, walkers, and visiting Rye, Battle and Hastings. Easy reach of Romney Marsh, Camber Sands and the continent via Ashford International train link. Shops/PO 200 yards, pub 50 yards.

  1. This property was a home away from home, it was very comfortable and had everything you could want in a home and you actually felt you where in another country and not in the UK. Its a place where you can relax and find yourself again. My son thought it was his new house and he loved it. We did not want to leave and we wished we could have stayed longer. Phil the owner is great, and so helpful with ideas of places to visit and tips of the local pubs. Its a place I want to visit again and I would recommend it to anyone. March 2012.

  7. The property contained everything we could have wished for. The owner was helpful without being intrusive and kindly contributed a bottle of wine as well as 2 fresh eggs from his geese. The very convenient pub served supeb food and was very friendly. March 2011.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
