  3. The accommodation was comfortable and cosy for a getaway or retreat, it was great. All that was required was your food....necessary to have a car but thats the purpose of getting away, to be away and able to recharge. Very spacious for 2 and good for walking. People in the locality were friendly and the pub though quiet was welcoming too. Loved it and would love to go back again. Aug 2011.

  9. Well equipped, roomy, clean, comfortable, good Location. One downside was the Smoke alarm, I think it was situated too near the kitchen area, it went off even from the steam of the kettle, and when grilling as soon as the oven door was opened, but I know it is for safety, but a little annoying. Sept 2009.
  10. Absolutely excellent accommodation, light airy and everything that you would want. Wonderful chap who owns property who bent over backwards to help us and make us feel welcome, and even provided garaging for our open top car for Goodwood festival of speed. July 2009.
  11. Superb property and fantastic holiday had, tried to book again but already taken for the weekend we wanted. Excellent quality and well laid out. Perfect location for touring round West Sussex. Very friendly pub and shop and wonderful walks around local areas and two very friendly ducks from the duck pond that were very entertaining. July 2009.
