The beautiful sandy beach of Mounts Bay attracts wind and kite surfers and is an ideal family beach. The marshlands on the outskirts of Marazion attract bird watchers from around the world. The busy town of Penzance with shops, cafes, harbour, restaurants and the long flat promenade with open air lido is close by. Walk along the promenade to the fishing harbour of Newlyn and the famous Newlyn Art Gallery; continue on to the quaint village and harbour of Mousehole. The area offers golf, sailing, fishing, bike hire, numerous sub tropical gardens and is perfect for walkers. The property is within easy reach of St Ives, Falmouth, Helston and the rugged north coast, great for surfing. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
