  8. This was the third visit we have made to the Old Wainhouse and once again have found it an excellent, quiet venue. Walks for the dog are at hand and the dacilities in the cottage have been chosen with great care and atention to detail. We would particularly mention the spotless clealiness of the cottage - a very high standard. Oct 2011.
  9. It is the location of this cottage that makes it so attractive. Tucked in at the back of a working fark it faces open countryside offering marvellous walks in several directions. With a large fenced garden it is ideal for pets. The nearby village of Pembridge is particularly attractive and there is lots to do and see in the general area. There is also Dunkerton’s Cider Mill nearby which, apart from the obvious, has a restaurant attached in a fantastic barn and a chef who used to be Hugh Fernley Whittingstall’s sous chef at River Cottage. Food is excellent and well worth a visit. Sept 2011.
