  3. The facilities and layout of this lovely house was perfect for our group. The fittings and fixtures were high quality and the house was well maintained and beautifully clean. The location is stunning with sea views and easy access to lots of interesting attractions. And the house was only 5 minutes’ walk from a lovely country pub which serves great beer and delicious home-cooked meals. All in all a very enjoyable holiday in a lovely property. April 2012.
  4. We had a fantastic time with our large family for a 70th birthday, the grounds and house is so lovely and warm. We all enjoyed being able to get around the large dinning table together. Is an ideal place for families, especially in the summer months, when you can really enjoy the grounds. The kids will love the games room. March 2012.
  5. Overall, the property is excellent. The house is grand and spacious, with plenty of room for extended families and a lovely secure garden for kids and pets, along with rolling fields and the beach within 15 mins drive, making an excellent place for a quiet holiday. The gardener comes to the property every Friday afternoon and all day (7am - 10pm) on Tuesdays. He’s a lovely man and happy to help, but it was a bit of a shock to have a stranger wandering about outside without any prior warning! June 2011.

  10. The Old Vicarage is a wonderful home (not house) everything was in superb condition and when we arrived as clean and tidy as anyone would wish. The facilities were so numerous and our grand-children didn’t have a spare moment to even want their lap-tops (result!) I can’t recommend it more highly but maybe I should be quiet as we ’will be back’ and would hate to find it fully booked!!!!
  11. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the property and the wide range of facilities offered there (tennis court, games room, aga, dishwasher, garden furniture and allotment).
