1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Beautiful cottage, furnished to a high standard and very spacious with all mod cons, and such a good idea to have a shower room in the main bedroom and a separate bathroom with bath to please all tastes. Super big flat screen TV in lounge and what luxury to have smaller ones in each bedroom. A nice patio to sit on and parking outside the property. Very nice owners on hand to help with any queries.   7. Brilliant views, cottage very comfortable. It would of been very helpful if there was an information pack, saying about rubbish collection, recycling, nearest supermarket etc. I would go back though as cottage was good. June 2011.

  9. The Stables is an ideal location for the coast and the countryside, and for those that just want to sit and read that long awaited book. It has every thing one could hope for in a holiday home and more. Hot water that just goes on and the most wonderful huge bath, biggest shock was the en-suite shower room. The sun is in the right position all day so great for breakfast and that drink in the evenings. Can see this property being booked and rebooked. It was easy to find and left you feeling that you wished you had booked 2 weeks rather than one. Ideal for up to 4 people, suitable for young children upwards. I for one will be rebooking for next year. May 2011.
  10. We found that the building was very modern inside, with everything you would need for a perfect self catering holiday. We would definitely go back, preferably during the summer so we could barbecue and eat outside in the private patio area. Nov 2010.

  18. Excellent property in a quiet location. The owners are friendly and the stables have been converted in a modern style inside with the accommodation being both comfortable and well equipped. Although the property is in the grounds of the owners home, it does offer a lovely patio area which is private. The property is in an ideal area for visiting Somerset, Devon and Dorset, with an excellent farm shop (Barlows) and supermarkets within easy reach. We would highly recommend this property. May 2010.
