Surrounded by unspoilt countryside, it is an ideal base for exploring the area with the Potteries, Chester, Shrewsbury, Ironbridge and Alton Towers all within easy reach. Golf, swimming, riding, cycling and walking available locally. Eccleshall (2 miles) offers specialist shops, restaurants, and many historic inns. Quiet country pub next door serving excellent home cooked food and real ale. Shop 2 miles.

  3. Very happy with all aspects of our break. The cottage is absolutely lovely and was made very welcoming with a Christmas tree and gifts (cava and chocolates)- lovely touches. We did a lot of the beautiful walks and found the locals very friendly. Eccleshall is a real gem. However, the main road outside is quite busy and getting in and out of the parking spaces is rather tricky. I would definitely like to go back though. Dec 2011.

  6. The purpose of the holiday was a 40 year reunion of friends, the cottage was perfect providing everything we needed with the added bonus of a pub with good food next door. April 2011.

  13. The cottage was well equipped and the bathroom and downstairs cloakroom were spotlessly clean, as was the rest of the cottage. It was in the heart of the countryside yet only 5 minutes from Eccleshall, which had plenty of places to eat. Sept 2010.
  14. Located in a prime location in the countryside and benefits from off street parking but still only a few minutes by car to good amenities. Internally the cottage is well maintained and retains a cosy cottage feel while having modern touches. Aug 2010.

This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
