1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Property Description

Located close to Annascaul village on the outskirts of the magnificent Dingle Peninsula, The Old Farmhouse, adjacent to the owner’s home, was the original farmhouse of the owner’s dairy farm and has been lovingly renovated and refurbished. Surrounded by spectacular mountains, this is the perfect base for walking and hiking. The beautiful blue waters and golden sands of Inch beach are nearby. The Dingle Peninsula offers breathtaking scenery at every turn. Fishing, golf and horse riding can also be enjoyed, and a visit to Dingle with its selection of craft shops, restaurants and pubs is a must. Shops, pubs and restaurant 1.5 miles.

Ground floor: Living room/dining room both with wooden floors/kitchen with tiled floor. Utility room. Separate toilet. Open tread stairs to first floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin with en-suite shower room and toilet, 1 single. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Woodburner (in living room), oil central heating and electricity by meter reading. Bed linen and towels included. DVD. CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Patio. Parking (2 cars).

  2. This was a very modern, comfortable and clean property located very central for someone looking to holiday in the Dingle peninsula. The hosts, Robert and Sandra were more than helpful and friendly during our stay. I would have no doubt that their assistance and cooperation would extend beyond what was reasonable if called upon(thankfully it wasn’t). The area has some stunning locations and scenery and although the house is quietly secluded, it is only a 20 to 30 minute journey to some of the most spectacular scenery in Ireland. This visitor certainly has no complaints. June 2012.

  4. We were welcomed to this ’home from home’ with a delicious apple pie and a member of the family to show us around and help us settle in. The farmhouse contained everything we needed to make our stay extremely comfortable. The weather at Easter was fair but changeable and this meant a small cost for the heating. The property is ideally located for whatever you wish from your holiday - walking, day trips, cosy village pubs, breathtaking scenery etc. Our hosts were just lovely and despite being busy farmers couldn’t do enough to help us! We hope to be back for another visit very soon. April 2012.
  5. The owners of the property were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They gave us advice on where to go and allowed us to watch the milking! (this is a working dairy farm). The Dingle penninsular is beautiful and we prefered this to the ring of Kerry. The beaches are outstanding and the locals were very friendly wherever we visited.   6. This is a truly superb property situated on a lovely family run dairy farm. The owners are very friendly and welcoming but also respect privacy. The house is situated just outside of Annascaul and very convenient for Dingle also. The South Pole Inn in Annascaul is a great pub serving good reasonably priced food. It was once owned by Tom Crean (the famous Antarctic legend of Scott’s era - very interesting). In summary a delightful, well appointed house in a stunningly beautiful part of Ireland. April 2011.

  8. The property is very well laid out and very clean. There is an endless supply of wood for the wood burner. The owners are on hand, but don’t intrude. A delicious apple pie awaited us, and as we arrived, the owners were just about to light the wood burner to welcome us, we did arrive quite a bit earlier than we had advised them, which was not a problem, and we gained access to the property straight away. The personal touches were very welcome especially as we arrived at 12.45 a.m and the owners had stayed up to welcome us with a homemade apple pie, even though they had to get up early to milk the cows! They were fantastic hosts and it felt like home. THE COTTAGE HAD EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEEDED. The setting was fantastic and helpful information was provided. Aug 2009.
  16. The family that own the cottage were very friendly and helpful. The cottage itself was fantastic very clean and modern with all facilities needed to make it a home from home.
