Property Description

This Grade II listed holiday cottage is situated adjacent to the owners’ home in the centre of the village. During the conversion, many original features have been retained to create a modern but cosy atmosphere. An ideal location for exploring the surrounding area, with several NT properties nearby including Upton House and Charlecote as well as the Compton Verney House Art Museum and the Heritage Motor Museum at Gaydon. Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick Castle and The Cotswolds are very accessible. Shop and pub 200 yards.

Ground floor: Living/dining room with French doors and beams. Kitchen with laminate floor. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double (6ft) with beams, 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Low ceilings.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot. High chair. DVD. Stereo/CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Wi-fi.   11. It was well appointed. Care and attention had obviously been given to furnishings. The patio was a bonus when we returned from our days out. The cottage was a good centre for visiting attractions in the area. Kineton supplied all our needs for supplies, take-aways, etc. June 2010.

  15. The coach house was situated in the heart of the village, well located from for the places that we visited and it was perfect for all of our home from home needs. The property had character and charm with the benefit of being fully functional. The owners were fabulous and despite living next door, did not intrude on our privacy - they were even thoughtful enough to give my wife a birthday card on her birthday. Feb 2010.
