  1. Well this cottage was stunning, I couldnt believe that they had left nothing out, it was better than home from home as they had a dishwasher and I dont! We loved everything about it and would recommend this place to everyone. Oh and hopefully we will be going again. June 2012.
  2. We didn’t know what to expect as we hadn’t booked with you before but we were pleasantly surprised by the high standard of the cottage. We had a very warm welcome from the owners. The cottage was very cosy which we were glad of as the weather wasn’t brilliant and we slept well in the very comfortable bed. June 2012.
  3. The owners were on site and really helpful and friendly. We asked for a closer look at the Alpacas and Glenys took my 3 year old and myself to see them. Our stay was for the weekend, it was too short! Seaton was a bit careworn, but we enjoyed Beer and the Donkey Sanctuary. The Barrel O Beer is worth a special trip for the food, we are foodies (daughter permitting) and had a fantastic lunch, really good local menu. All in all, we would hope to return. March 2012.
  4. This was an excellent holiday cottage, well equipped and in a lovely location. Our hosts were very welcoming and checked that we were comfortable, not that they needed to worry! Excellent local walking in the beautiful countryside of E. Devon. Highly recommended. March 2012.
  5. A superb property, such attention to detail and cleanliness made this a really lovely stay. Made to feel very welcome by the owners and felt we could approach them if there were any issues, although we found none! Feb 2012.
  6. Outstanding accommodation. There is nothing we could fault about this property. The owners were very helpful and friendly, the property was finished to a high standard and was clean, warm and comfortable. June 2011.
  7. It was very lovely and everyone was very welcoming, I would recommend them to anyone. March 2011.
  8. Everything was just right, a nice little welcome pack, a bureau stuffed full of brochures for local attractions and all the utilities you need to relax and enjoy your holiday. Oct 2010.
  9. We have been to these properties 3 times now. The 1st time in the Old Barn and it is as good now as it was in 2004 . The barn is spacious, very well equipped and very comfortable. The owners are always on hand if you have a problem and we always get a lovely friendly greeting on arrival. Sept 2010.
  10. Clean, tidy and more private than we expected. Lovely relaxed setting. Friendly, helpful owners who were on hand if needed. Would recommend. Aug 2010.
  11. On arrival our impression was one of delight! The property was in a very peaceful and rural area. The property was exceptionally clean and obviously well-looked after. We could find no fault whatsoever. June 2010.

  16. Excellent accommodation in a fantastic location made even better by fabulous weather. Very well placed for a variety of activities to suit all ages. Can’t wait to return! May 2009.
  17. Beautiful countryside - although rather narrow roads to get there. Very friendly owners. Living / kitchen area very nice - beautiful view into the countryside - no traffic at all.
