The Mowie consists of two delightful, single-storey holiday properties: Mowie Barn (ref W43300) is a semi-detached, level barn conversion whilst Mowie Cottage (ref W42873) is a single-storey, detached property, approached via six steps. Both properties have their own private patio areas and are set within the owner’s garden. The Mowie properties are surrounded by a quiet and picturesque rural landscape of open fields and woodland providing a perfect base for a relaxing holiday. Set in the small hamlet of Stennack, close to the village of Troon, the area enjoys Cornish mining World Heritage status and is steeped in mining history. There are numerous walks locally, whilst the bustling town of Camborne is 2 miles away. The Heartlands visitor centre is just a short drive. Well located for exploring the north coastline with the beautiful beaches of Portreath, Gwithian, St Ives and Hayle, or the tranquil waters, coves and creeks of the south coast including Falmouth, the Helford river and creeks and the Lizard Peninsula just a short drive. Take the scenic coastal train from St Erith to St Ives. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile. Please note: These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 4 guests.
