Full of character

This charming conversion, located beside a wooded hill and stream occupies the loft part of an 18th-century watermill with private level access. Full of character, this property has the original wood pulling system within the living room (mind your head!), and a traditional low doorway into the kitchen, making this the perfect romantic hideaway. Victorian Llandudno with excellent shops, golf courses, theatre, beaches and dry ski slope is 13 miles. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 0.5 miles.

All on second floor: Living room with low beam/dining room. Kitchen with low doorway. 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Electric central heating and electricity by meter reading. Bed linen and towels included. Video. DVD. Stereo/CD. Microwave. Freezer. Patio and furniture. Barbecue. Parking (2 cars). Friday to Friday. NB: Significant drops within grounds.

Selected comment(s) from customers who have enjoyed staying at this property:
  1. Lots of walks and pretty scenery. Nov 2012.
  2. A lovely unique property ideally located for all that Snowdonia and North Wales have offer. Lovely host as well. Sept 2012.
  3. Great location to travel to many places. Very poor signal if anyone hoping to use phone or internet. Aug 2012.
  4. First class accommodation and a very warm welcome of fresh eggs and mara bread and jam plus fresh baked bread. The Loft was an excellent base for seeing Snowdonia and local amenities were excellent as were the walks and views. Add to that a very dog friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be returning there. May 2012.
  5. This cottage was fantastic and so was Anthea who met us with fresh bread and provisions. Very helpful. Brilliant position for plenty of walks with our two pooches. I would highly recommend this break to anyone. May 2012.
  6. Very nice and helpful host and the added personal touch of homemade Tea Basket were great. Very oldie worldie apartment with lots of character, more of a stoop rather than a duck is required to avoid the beams but don’t let that put you off, the overall character outweigh this minor inconvenience. Very nice location especially if you like a bit of solitude as we do! Very little traffic on these back roads .Which made our cycling holiday perfect. Happy holidays. April 2012.
  7. Lovely little cottage idyllic location, warm welcome from the owner. March 2012.
  8. The property itself was in an amazing location, spotlessly clean and the hostess was fantastic. I have and will be recommending this property to everyone who will listen. May 2011.
