Part of the historic Brightlingsea yachting harbour with nearby beach, sailing, birdwatching, fishing, outdoor swimming pool and local ferry to explore the charming Mersea Island, provides a year-round fascinating holiday location. Shops, pub and restaurant 150 yards.

Lift to entrance. All on second floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with French doors and wooden floors. 1 double (5ft) bedroom with additional folding single. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet.

Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Freeview TV. DVD. Gas hob. Electric oven. Microwave. Washer/dryer. Dishwasher. Freezer. Balcony. Garage (1 car). No smoking.

  5. You couldn’t wish for a nicer stay anywhere - the views from the flat are breathtaking with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the estuary. Underground car park with lift or carpeted stairs. Fabulous fish and chip shops, the best we’ve ever eaten - also local fisherman on quayside sells fresh fish. Great pubs too. All in all you couldn’t wish to stay anywhere better. Feb 2012.
  6. Fantastic location. Weather was rough but we went in late December! The views are amazing from the lounge and the double glazing kept the wind and rain out so you can go there any time of the year. Parking and access is good and also secure. The apartment is very well equipped and the kitchen has everything you’ll need. The only thing that would be really useful would be wifi which wasn’t available during our stay. Brightlingsea is quiet but has good facilities for a holiday stay with a supermarket a few minutes drive away and a few pubs. We’d definitely stay again, hopefully in the Summer sometime. Dec 2011.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
