Spectacular countryside

The detached holiday cottage is situated on the very edge of the beautiful Exmoor National Park with direct access to woodland, moorland and coastal paths. Enjoy breathtaking walks and bird watching from the door and discover the flora and fauna of this spectacular countryside where red deer and other wildlife can regularly be seen. Only 10 minutes’ walk for the shops and a selection of varied pubs in the town centre. The newly developed seafront and sandy beach is only 15 minutes away. Shop and pub ½ mile.

All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Gas central heating and electricity included (£35per week October-March). Bed linen included. Video and small library. DVD and small library. Microwave. Patio area and furniture. Ample parking.

Plenty of walking, down to the road to Minehead and up to Exmoor with some stunning views either way.   3. The Linhay is in an excellent location for walking the dog, as the moor is only just up the road. The cottage is well equipped and the owners, who live on site are very friendly and helpful. the cottage has a garden and patio area with woodland views. Deer sometimes come into the garden, but not while we were there, however we did see them in the wood. May 2012.

  5. We received a very friendly welcome at the cottage which is in a lovely location and although positioned close to the owners own house felt completely private. The cottage was well equipped with plenty of room. The immediate area was ideal for walking with our dog and cycling and we would love to make a return visit. Aug 2011.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
