This attractive, self-contained holiday property is set over 2 floors, and forms a section of the owners’ home. Located in the charming, unspoilt seaside resort of Middleton-on-Sea, only 300 yards from the beach, near to an AONB which stretches along from Elmer to Littlehampton. Ideal for exploring with the historic Arundel Castle, Chichester and Goodwood Races, festival theatre and Roman Palace within driving distance. Further afield are Brighton and Portsmouth. The South Downs National Park is within easy reach. Golf, riding, cycling, fishing and sailing locally and seaside entertainment at Bognor Regis. Shop and restaurant 220 yards, pub 330 yards.

Ground floor: Living/dining room. Low sloping entrance to kitchen. First floor: 1 double bedroom with additional fold-out single, with en-suite bathroom with double shower cubicle and toilet.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot. High chair. DVD. CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Wi-fi. Courtyard and furniture. Parking (1 car). No smoking. Friday to Friday. No children under 16 years except babes in arms.

  5. Hideaway is just that, a lovely little haven. Helen and Peter were friendly and made us feel welcome and there little touches were appreciated. Great base for visiting the area and only a couple of minutes to the beach. Only downside was that the sofa was on the small size, but everyone else was brilliant. The shingle road leading to the property was originally hard to find as we went up and down the main road twice before we spotted it as it looks like a driveway. Oct 2011.
  6. A lovely quiet location. Everyone very friendly. 3 pubs and an Indian restaurant all within walking distance and serving very good food. A bus service running through the village with easy connections to go as far as Porstmouth to the west and Brighton to the east. Sept 2011.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
