Property Description

Set on a working farm are these three individual holiday properties, each with its own character. Situated on the tip of the Lleyn Peninsula which is host to many sandy beaches at Tywyn and Penelec and coves such as Whistling sands, or step back in time and visit the sleepy village of Aberdaron where time seems to stand still. The properties are in an ideal position to explore the area which has many attractions, including Carreg Coetan Arthur, Bronze Age remains at the summit of Carn Fadryn and the historically important ports of Porth Ysgaden and Porth Colmon at Llangwnnadl, and Porth Gwylan, which is managed by the National Trust. Nearby there is golf, cliff walking and horse riding. Criccieth Castle, featuring superb views over Tremadog Bay and Pwllheli are within an easy drive, also close by is the Lleyn Heritage Coast and Snowdonia Mountain Range. Shop and pub 1 mile.

Ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen. Separate toilet. First floor: 2 double bedrooms, one (6ft) with en-suite bathroom with corner bath, bidet and toilet, one (5ft) with additional single and en-suite shower room with toilet.

There are lots of places to visit nearby including some lovely beaches. We would certainly stay at Bryn Odol again. Sept 2012.
  2. We loved it here; very comfortable, period furniture, real fire, plenty of room, enormous comfy bed. The living room was lovely in the morning sun. I would love to live somewhere like this. This place makes you feel special and is perfect for a either a family holiday or a romantic get away. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. April 2012.
  3. We love the East Wing & the Williams family. This is our third visit here and we will be back again....and again. Kids particularly love the huge garden (complete with fish pond), the dogs & the enormous bath - almost big enough to swim in. Wonderfully peaceful, great beach & pub nearby and many interesting attractions just a short drive away. Can’t fault it!! Aug 2011.
  4. This is a lovely grand old house with a great garden for children. Always a very warm welcome from the owners (this was our third visit). The little beach down the road at Tywyn is delightful and quite a well kept secret so not too busy. The farm animals are also of great interest especially for young children. Can’t speak too highly of this lovely old house. May 2011.
