1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

This spacious detached holiday house is set down a country lane in the rural village of Pilling. A half hour drive allows you to explore the sights of the famous seaside resort of Blackpool with its renowned tower and illuminations. Alternatively, the Forest of Bowland, Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales are easily accessible by car. Fleetwood with its Freeport shopping centre and Lytham St Annes with its championship golf courses are within easy reach. The area is well-known for bird watching, particularly along the sea wall and at Lane Ends amenity area. Shop 2½ miles, pub 1 mile and restaurant ¼ mile.

Ground floor: Living room with patio doors/dining room/kitchen. 1 twin bedroom. Wet room with toilet. First floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 double (5ft), 2 twin. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Cot and high chair on request. Five Freeview TVs. Video. DVD. Blu-ray. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Tumble dryer.   1. Safe secure garden. We didn’t need anything extra, everything had been provided. It is just like home, but tidy! April 2012.
  2. The property is a little remote but we don’t go out the whole time we are there so that isn’t a problem. The owners live next door and are very friendly and helpful. Each year we go there is always something new (bigger TV, TVs in bedrooms, a computer and WiFi access etc). We love our girly weekends at The Ducklings! Nov 2011.

  4. The Ducklings is spacious, immaculately clean and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Linen, beds, sofas are all very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. The only thing I would say that could be perceived to be negative about this property is the various bowls of pot pouris dotted around the place. I am allergic to the smell of pot pouris so I put all the bowls away in drawers until the end of our holiday. I appreciate, some people will like this added touch, I didn’t. April 2011.

  19. I personaly didn’t go on this holiday I had booked it for two elderly gentlemen and their carers. They couldn’t praise the accommodation or the owners enough. Everybody was very impressed, I have used your company on several occassions and would not book with any other firm.
