Property Description

The Dene is an immaculate newly renovated split-level bungalow situated in the heart of Betws y Coed.  It is discretely positioned in a slightly elevated setting along a private cul-de-sac. Beautifully manicured gardens and seventeen shallow steps lead you to an inviting patio area fully furnished with table, chairs, sun umbrella and a barbecue. Al fresco dining awaits you with unrivalled views of the densely forested hills which surround Betws y Coed.  Opposite the patio is the entrance to this tastefully furnished property. As you enter the hallway the utility room / cloakroom is on your left. With washing machine, tumble dryer, WC and wash basin as well as a useful built in clothes horse. On the right is the double aspect kitchen which is light, airy and modern. Here we have a dining table and chairs, cooker, microwave-combi oven, 4 slice toaster and all the utensils you would expect.
The hallway opens up into a comfortable seating area where five shallow stairs on the left lead up to the bedrooms and bathroom. To your right is the lounge and dining room. There are three picture windows in this room to enjoy the beautiful views from. The dining area forms one end of this spacious room and the attractive and comfortable sitting area is at the other. There is a super television with surround sound and blue ray for you to enjoy.
