1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Property Description

Good base

A pretty semi-detached stone cottage situated at the heart of the village of Trewellard on the wonderfully scenic coast road from St Ives to Land’s End. This north western tip of Cornwall is generally accepted as the most unspoilt area of the county. Cape Cornwall Golf and Country Club open to all providing golf, indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym. The village provides a choice of restaurants, 3 pubs, the Steam pottery and craft shop all within walking distance. St Just is a short drive or bus ride away, having its own selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. There are walks to Pendeen Lighthouse, Boat Cove and Portherras Cove or further to St Ives and the Tate Gallery, or Land’s End. Shop 0.5 miles, pub and restaurant 50 yards.

Ground floor: Living room. Dining room. Kitchen. Beams throughout. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Shower room with toilet.

Woodburner in living room (initial fuel included). Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Video. CD. Electric cooker. Combi microwave/oven. Dishwasher. Patio and furniture. Parking (1 car). No smoking. NB: No children.

As an addict, I wish the TV/recorder could be replaced with more up-to-date equipment and this cottage for me would be perfect! I have booked for 2010!   17. This was a lovely, quaint cottage in a quiet location whilst being near enough to all local attractions. Everything you would need had been thought of by the owners, with very good tourist information left for visitors. The standard of accommodation and appliances etc was very good. The Pub across the road was great and serves lovely food. All in all a great base for our holiday with our dog. Aug 2009.
