On a working farm on Anglesey, this detached holiday bungalow overlooks the lovely Malltraeth Estuary, Warren and Snowdonia Mountains and is adjacent to an AONB rich in all forms of bird and wildlife. There are long sandy beaches, rocky coves, renowned watersport locations, golf, horse riding and trout fishing within 2 miles of the house. A farm park, sea zoo, NT mansion and gardens and Coastal Heritage Centre are all close by. Beaumaris with its 13th century castle, old jail, pubs, restaurants, leisure centre, boat and fishing trips is 14 miles. Day trips to Ireland, Caernarfon Castle, Snowdonia National Park, Betws-y-Coed, Llandudno and Bodnant Gardens. Shop 1 mile, pub 0.5 miles, restaurant 2.5 miles.

All on ground floor: Living room with French door and beams/dining room/kitchen. 2 twin bedrooms. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet.

Oil-filled heaters included (£20per week October-March). Electricity and bed linen included. Travel cot. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Barbecue. Parking (2 cars).

  2. Owner of cottage made us very welcome and was very friendly. The thing that was most attractive about this cottage was the view - this looked out over fields onto an estuary and then the woods of Newborough with the mountains of Snowdonia beyond. I don’t think you could have had a better outlook where ever you were. May 2012.
  3. Nice compact cottage, lovely views of Snowdonia and estuary from windows. Very friendly owners. Walks from the door. Good walking a short drive away. Dog friendly area. Supermarket approximately 20 mins drive at Llangethi. Places of interest 30 to 40 mins drive. Forest and coast close by. April 2012.
  4. The cottage location was great. Going to and from the property was more suited to using the car. The owners and family were lovely people and pleasant. The views were also great when sitting out front at the outdoor table. Jessie the farm dog was very welcoming and a pleasure for the children to play with. Excellent choice for farm stay. Note bedding was twin rather than double in main room. Aug 2011.

  8. The position of the cottage is first class with views to die for. There was a broken seal on the glass which meant there was condensation which made the window look a bit dirty. Sept 2006.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
