The Cobblers is a spacious apartment occupying two floors of a traditional stone town house in the heart of the pretty Highland village of Beauly. Overlooking the attractive village square, it is ideally located for enjoying a self catering holiday close to all amenities. The Cobblers is named after the old village cobblers shop which used to occupy the ground floor. This has now been replaced by a local coffee and cake shop. The apartment has been well modernised in recent years, whilst retaining some charming original features such as a lovely open fireplace in the main lounge. The property is entered through its own door just off the main street. A pretty covered courtyard at ground level, with potted plants and picnic table and chairs provides an ideal spot for a morning coffee or quiet place to pore over a map to plan the day’s excursions. There is also an area for bikes and outdoor gear. Carpeted stairs lead up to the main accommodation. The lounge/dining room is very spacious, with deep leather sofas and lovely welcoming open fire. Original windows look down on the attractive central square, where pipe bands and Scottish country dancers perform every Thursday. There is a large double bedroom on this floor, with access to a roof garden area. Two further bedrooms are located on the top floor. There is a modern, well equipped kitchen and bathroom with separate cloakroom.

Lounge Area: With open fire, Free view TV and DVD and radio/CD
Dining Area: With table and chairs
Kitchen: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge (with icebox) and dishwasher
Utility Room: With washing machine and tumble dryer

Bedroom 2: With two single beds; some height restriction due to sloping ceilings

Bathroom; With bath, shower and wash basin

All electricity, bed linen and towels included. First supply of logs for open fire provided. Cot and high chair available. Small roof top area accessed via main bedroom, not suitable for young children.Enclosed indoor courtyard with table and chairs. Outdoor equipment storage area also available on ground floor. Off road parking for 2 cars.
