It offers spacious, detached holiday accommodation and is situated in the historic, popular village of Chideock - ½ mile from the World Heritage Coast between Bridport and Lyme Regis. The village boasts a post office, shop and two excellent pubs. Good restaurants, street markets and shops within a few minutes’ drive at Bridport, Charmouth, West Bay and Lyme Regis. Visitors can wander down to the beach at Seatown and enjoy the famous Anchor Pub, swimming, fossil hunting and superb, scenic coastal walking. Shops ¼ mile.

  1. The cottage has every imaginable amenity. It is superbly comfortable and within easy driving distance of many spots to visit. The rolling hills and valleys in the surrounding countryside are amongst the most beautiful I have ever seen. Warning - mind the beams in the larger bedroom! Do go there. You won’t regret it.   3. This was our third visit to The Coach House in as many years, and I have no doubt we shall return again. The location is perfect for our needs between Lyme Regis and Bridport and Burton Bradstock and the small walled garden offers security for our dog who always settles well there. The availability of two bathrooms is excellent, both refurbished and the new windows give absolute peace once indoors. The lounge is comfortable and the kitchen offers everything you would need on holiday. See you next year, hopefully! Oct 2011.
