  9. We liked the situation of the property and spaciousness. It was within easy reach of of beaches at Winterton on Sea and Caister, also being only 8 miles from Great Yarmouth. There was ample catering equipment, and the lounge was spacious with ample seating. The bedrooms were large and the bathroom with separate shower was an added bonus. April 2010.
