1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

For keen walkers the Malvern Hills, ’Mortimer Trail’ and Offa’s Dyke path are all within easy reach. Three Counties show ground, 12 miles. Ledbury, 7 miles. Church 1 mile. Shops and pubs 1 mile.

Ground floor: Living/dining room with patio doors and beams. Kitchen. Tiled floors throughout. 1 double bedroom with en-suite wet room and toilet. Wet room with toilet. Open tread stairs to first floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, both with Velux.

Woodburner in living room (initial fuel included). Oil central heating included (October-March £25per week). Electricity, bed linen and towels included. Cot on request. Freeview TV. DVD. CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Internet access (on request). Enclosed garden with sitting-out area and furniture. Barbecue. Parking (3 cars). No smoking.

  2. We enjoyed our stay at the Cider Mill which was very well equipped and comfortable. There was nothing lacking and everything was in good working order, with more than sufficient supplies of everything one would expect from a holiday cottage. We enjoyed the atmosphere of being in a converted barn with the cider mill and apple press incorporated into the rooms. The location and area was superb for walking and sightseeing with many facilities and places to visit nearby. A great holiday. Thank you very much. April 2012.

  4. A lovely place - quiet but handy for both Herefordshire and Worcestershire sights, pubs and the Hop Pocket craft centre/cafe up the road. Lovely hosts. The only downside was the showers - one kept jamming on and they were tricky to get to run warm. Sept 2011.
  5. Very unusual property with cider press insitu - fantastic. Retail centre called The Hop-pocket five minutes walk away, a hidden gem. Situated in old hop barns full of local produce, gifts and home cooked food in the restaurant, well worth a visit. Sept 2011.
  6. Perfect location for exploring the area. Ideal cottage for less mobile people as so easy to access all downstairs rooms. Aug 2011.
  7. We had a lovely holiday, the cottage was peaceful and the owners very helpful. With two young children, one of who was disabled we found there was lots to do in the area to keep the children busy. We really enjoyed Hampton Court. July 2011.
  8. This is a lovely place to come and relax and unwind from lifes day-to-day stresses. Well placed for walks as well as touring around the county’s places of interest. The owners’ are very welcoming making for a pleasant break. The cottage is well equipped, very clean and has plenty of space. Overall an excellent holiday destination. May 2011.
  9. Peacefully located with quiet lanes and marked footpaths to explore. A perfect place to relax and unwind in a well equipt, character property which is well situated to visit a wide range of local attractions and interesting small towns. A great place to star gaze on a clear night. March 2011.
