1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

The Bull Pen and Calf Pen are two single-storey barn conversions in a courtyard setting, situated within the owners’ grounds and have been sympathetically restored, while retaining many original features. With easy access to the M5 network, they are ideally placed for visiting the many Cotswold towns and villages including the beautiful village of Broadway and the unspoilt village of Winchcombe. Set almost midway between Regency Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of Shakespeare, both towns offer an excellent day out with an abundant choice of shops, restaurants, theatres and racecourses. Walkers can enjoy the challenge of the Wychavon Way, or a more gentle amble around the gardens of Snowshill Manor or Sudeley Castle. Both properties (ref 26158 & 26159) can be booked together for larger parties. Shops, pubs and restaurant 1½ miles.

All on ground floor: Living/dining room with patio doors, beams and tiled floor. Kitchen with beams and tiled floor. 2 double bedrooms, one (6ft zip and link) with en-suite shower room and toilet, one with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Two Freeview TVs. Enclosed courtyard. Parking (2 cars). NB: Step in courtyard.

Both properties: Ground source underfloor CH, elec, bed linen and towels inc. T/cot on request. DVD. CD. Elec cooker. M/wave. W/machine. D/washer. Shared patio and sitting-out area with furniture. Shared cycle store. No smoking. Friday to Friday.

  1. Lovely accommodation, very clean and comfortable. Shower was fantastic! We enjoyed the home made chocolate cake. The only improvement would be to have WiFi : ) Property is in a quiet location off a main road. Nearest shop (Spar) is a few minutes away by car, with a pub adjacent. A good spot from which to explore the lovely Cotswolds villages. Neraby Winchcome is a nice town. Also 5 minles from Broadway, which is gorgeous. May 2012.

  4. Every need is met. Just bring yourself and your clothes. The location of the property is ideal when visiting the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. I was surprised to see a welcoming cake in a tin ready to be paired with a lovely cup of tea. What a start to a wonderful holiday. March 2012.

  7. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The cottage was clean and developed to a very high standard with many extra touches to improve it. It was very well cared for inside, well equipped kitchen, and lovely en suites to both rooms. The owners were extremely helpful and were very welcoming. June 2011.
