These semi-detached farmhouses (refs W42980 & W42979) have been carefully co-ordinated throughout and are set within the grounds of the Caravan Club site in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. As such, they enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding open countryside. Walk direct from the door over the nearby moors or take a 5-minute stroll into the nearby traditional market town of Hawes. Here you will find a good mix of shops with something for everyone including antiques, traditional country clothing, fashion and gift shops interspersed with tea shops, restaurants and pubs. Alternatively visit the Wensleydale Creamery, famous for its cheese endorsed by Wallace and Gromit or visit the Dales Centre Museum. Nearby Semerwater, a large, natural lake provides a wealth of activities such as swimming, fishing and sailing. These properties can be booked together to sleep 15+1. Shop, pub and restaurant 0.5 miles.

This property is close to the 2014 Tour de France route, come and experience the spectacular scenery for yourself and follow in the trail of some true cycling legends.

  17. The Barn House is very spacious and warm. Ideally situated for a short walk into Hawes. Newspapers can be ordered from the campsite reception and all staff were very helpful and friendly. Oct 2009.

  19. Very spacious accommodation, even with the maximum occupancy of 8 we didn’t feel cramped. Large dining table and huge lounge meant that we were able to all eat together and the kids had plenty of room to play inside. All in all a great place to base yourself in the Dales. Plus aspects; Very spacious living areas. Kitchen extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need, clean, 3 bathrooms, adequate parking directly in front of cottage. Negatives; small TV, no downstairs toilet. July 2009.
