Situated adjoining the owners residence this ground floor apartment provides comfortable, compact holiday accommodation which can be used as a base from which to enjoy the nearby walks, fishing or birdwatching. The Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons are within easy reach for the ardent hill walkers or sightseers. Alternatively the apartment can provide a restful haven from which to relax and unwind in the village life of Gilwern. The Newport to Brecon Canal is close by with Abergavenny only 3 miles away, Brecon 12 miles. Blaenavon, the industrial world heritage site and the numerous cultural sites of the Welsh valleys are only a few miles away. Shops and pubs ½ mile.

Ground floor: 1 step into living/dining room. Kitchen. 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room with toilet.

Gas central heating included (£20per week, £10 per short break October-March). Electricity, bed linen and towels included. Video. Stereo/CD. Gas hob. Electric oven. Microwave. Garden and furniture. Parking (1 car). No smoking.
