Property Description

This self-contained holiday apartment, adjoining the owner’s home, overlooks open countryside and boasts a garden to the rear. In an excellent location for touring, 20 minutes to the south coast (Eden Project) and only 4 miles from the medieval town of Wadebridge with its selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. Well placed for the north coast with the Camel Estuary and numerous sandy beaches to explore close by. Picturesque Padstow, Rick Stein’s restaurant and the Camel Trail are 10 minutes’ drive. Golf within easy reach. Shop 4 miles, pub 200 yards.

Ground floor: Living/dining room with French doors/kitchen with tiled floor. Shower room with toilet. First floor: 1 double bedroom (gallery).

NSH, gas and electricity included (£20per week, £10 per short break October-April). Bed linen included. Freeview TV. Stereo/CD. Gas hob. Electric oven. Microwave. Washing machine. Fridge/freezer.
