1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

These four holiday cottages, Sunrise (ref: 25051) and Sunny Skies, (ref: 25052) which stand detached, and Summer Breeze (ref: 25053) and Sunset (ref: 27684), which are semi-detached, enjoy a perfect location for exploring all corners of Cornwall from Lands End in the west to Padstow on the north coast and Fowey, Looe and Polperro on the completely different south coast. The beautiful gardens provide a peaceful haven with summerhouse and children’s play area. The cottages lie just minutes from the south coast including the fishing village of Mevagissey and the seafaring town of Fowey with its royal regatta and Du Maurier Festival (Daphne du Maurier made the town her home). Nearby are the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the amazing Eden Project. Visit Truro, the capital of Cornwall with its Gothic cathedral, surrounded by narrow streets and alleyways lined with shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. St Austell Bay, just minutes away, has a stunning coastline which has pretty coastal towns and villages dotted along its edge. Charlestown is home to a collection of tall sailing ships, an historic harbour and Georgian architecture, all of which have been used as film and TV sets over many years. Porthpean has a lovely unspoilt beach, golf club and views across the bay. Visit Pentewan with picturesque cycle and walking trail along a river and through a 450-year-old woodland. Cycle hire is available from Easter onwards. Shop and restaurant 11/2 miles, pub 1 mile.

  8. Very lovely and accommodating owners! The Barn is set in beautiful grounds which extend beyond its own pretty fenced in garden (good for dogs). the owners were so lovely, they took the time to show me the little chicks that had hatched from their hens which was very sweet! They sell their fresh eggs. The location is remote, rural and peaceful, some people might find this to be absolutely perfect but do be aware that you have to get in the car to actually get to anything, beaches are not within walking distance but the drive is only about 10 to 15min. you are close to some major places of interest such as The Eden Project and Charlston Tall Ship port. Own enclosed garden very useful especially for dog owners! Very private, not overlooked and quiet. Lovely owners, not intrusive but on-site if needed.Would definitely recommend this to my friends & family. May 2011.

  15. Owners very welcoming and showed us all over property and adjoining land. As the owners had not been at the property for long improvements which are planned no doubt will be implemented as soon as possible.. The location was good for central, north and south Cornwall. Access to pub/restaurants good by vehicle but map or advise required if on foot. Distance about 1 mile and 11/2 mile to nearest with shortcuts and avoiding very busy main road for one of the destinations. This has been taken on board by owners. Property very clean and very nice individual garden space. Jaccuzi available for reasonable charge.Very handy for those interested in Eden Project and Heligan Gardens. June 2010.
