1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

7. Depending on popularity and property availability, this offer may be extended or withdrawn.

Property Description

Sunnyside is a most impressive renovated Stone Farmhouse which sits within the grounds of the owners’ 2012 Award Winning 450 acre working farm. Having spectacular panoramic views looking towards the Brecon Beacons, this cottage offers comfortable, spacious accommodation in peaceful surroundings along with a warm welcome and the most comfortable ’home from home’ feeling. Sunnyside has a large lounge with comfortable sofas and panoramic views from every window. The large dining room and kitchen are fully equipped for all your needs and the variety of bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and first floors are of a really good size with two of the bedrooms large enough to turn into family rooms by using the cot and cot bed. The private patio area to the rear is a great sun trap with patio furniture and BBQ for family alfresco dining. You are free to walk and play on the farmland where you will see cattle and sheep roaming peacefully. At certain times of the year you will be able to see skipping lambs and calves in fields close to the cottage.

Ground Floor: The property has oil fired central heating and comprises:
Lounge: With electric fire, Free view TV, DVD/video, radio/CD, Wi-fi and far reaching views from each window
Kitchen: With electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dining furniture and door leading out to the rear patio.
Dining Room; With electric fire, two large round dining tables to seat 10 and extra work surface space with microwave, fridge and freezer under (the owners have a spare chest freezer if additional space is required)
Bedroom 1: With double bed
Bedroom 2: With single bed
Shower Room: With shower cubicle, WC and wash basin
 

First Floor: Bedroom 3:With double bed (this room is large enough for use as a family room with cot and cot bed)

All fuel, power and bed linen included. Cot and high chair available. Please note that there is no mobile phone signal at the property.

Large patio with outdoor furniture for 10 and BBQ. Use of the gardens (not fully enclosed and with access to the front of the property) and surrounding fields (please avoid fields with cattle in them and keep dogs on a lead). Spring water. Parking for up to 10 cars. Use of outbuildings for storage of bikes, canoes, surfboards etc.
