1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Property Description

Sunny Hill Cottage is a semi-detached holiday cottage set in a beautiful location overlooking Porthgain harbour, and sits just yards from the famous Pembrokeshire Coastal Path with magnificent coastal walks. The nearest beach is only 1 mile away, and Whitesands Bay is 6 miles. The village of Porthgain enjoys a wealth of history, and is designated as a conservation area. Porthgain is one of Pembrokeshires most desirable locations, attracting people from across the world because of its beauty and charm. Although a small harbour village, Porthgain has two very well known and highly acclaimed restaurants, which serve freshly caught fish daily. This is the ideal location for walking, biking, water sports or to just sit out and enjoy the sea views and beautiful sun sets. Ideal for golf. Horse riding nearby. Shop 2 miles, pub 150 yards.

Ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen. 1 double bedroom. 2 steps: Shower room. Bathroom with toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin.

Open fire in living room. Background central heating in cooler months. Electricity by meter reading. DVD. Microwave. Wi-fi. Garden and furniture. Parking (2 cars). Friday to Friday. No babies or children under 16 years.

  1. An excellent cottage in a superb location which was close to the Pembrokeshire coastal path, local pub,beaches and a host of other activities to keep a family occupied. July 2011.
  2. Cottage was in good location for visiting the area. Accommodation was good with the facility to have a coal fire, which was essential in early March. Owner was happy to assist us, and was very friendly, visits to St Davids and beaches in the area is a must, overall a very pleasant holiday. March 2009.
  3. The location of the property was excellent. It was within easy access to the Pembrokeshire Coastal path and St Davids and it was very peaceful there with great views from the kitchen window. The kitchen was a good size and had a washing machine and rotary airer outside which we hadn’t expected. There was a great pub called the sloop in Porthgain which did great food. Aug 2009.
  4. Fantastic location with good views. An excellent pub (The Sloop) and restaurant (The Shed) within two minutes walk of the property. Two excellent art galleries and a well kept, friendly village in harbour. June 2008.

  7. Fascinating place. Lovely walks from the cottage. Owners live next door, very nice people. Having 3 teenage surfers with us we really appreciated the outside sink and rotary line. Had a meal at The Shed Bistro which was excelent if a bit expensive. The breakfast at the Sloop Inn was great! Aug 2007.
  8. Fantastic quiet location. No local facilities i.e. food shops,newspapers ect. but outstanding pub which you need to book for meals. May 2007.
