It is one of a pair, situated in the attractive Broadland market town of Loddon, with its marina (from where a river boat can be hired for the day) and impressive 15th-century parish church. Miles of local footpaths, including The Wherryman Way. Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft offer all seaside amenities. Beccles and Bungay, 7 miles, or Norwich, 10 miles. Shop 40 yards, three pubs 100 yards.

Very well appointed in a lovely friendly village with plenty of local amenities, the property itself was very generous in size, clean and had lots of pots, pans, plates and electrical items (i.e coffee machine) in the kitchen. Received a bottle of wine and bread and milk in fridge on arrival was much appreciated. March 2010.
  12. The downstairs lounge room was absolutely gorgeous- very traditional lovely old world England, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The lady had decorated it with Xmas tree and decorations too which was a nice touch. We loved the old furniture and the character of the place. We were disappointed that the top bedroom heating wasn’t working. Dec 2009.

  15. The property was lovely, very warm welcome with wine, milk, bread, butter etc was very nice, all you needed was there. It was a family get together of 6 adults and all loved it. The village is lovely, friendly and great base for getting out and about. Highly Recommend and would go back again. March 2009.
