1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

In the heart of the bustling village of Bowness-on-Windermere, this fully refurbished, contemporary holiday apartment with views of the lake and hills from the living room window, provides an ideal base to explore southern Lakeland. Just a short walk to the landing stage for ferry trips to Lakeside where there is the fascinating Aquarium of the Lakes and delightful Haverthwaite to Lakeside Steam Railway. Activities in the area include water sports, climbing, fell walking and cycling. Historic houses and gardens, museums and other cultural centres are within a short drive, whilst the beaches of the western lakes can be reached within an hour. Shop and pub 10 yards.

All on first floor: Living/dining room with wooden floor/kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Partial NSH, electric heaters, electricity convector heaters, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot. DVD and small library. Playstation. CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Dishwasher. Parking (2 cars). No smoking. Friday to Friday.

  3. Excellent location close to the centre of Bowness. Compact, well equipped contemporary apartment with the bonus of private parking to the rear of the flats. Only critisism was the lack of the clothes hanging space in the double bedroom and the apartment is better suited to tourists rather than walkers. Nonetheless a very enjoyable weeks holiday.   5. If it got too hot there was the pool if it rained there was the pool or a very central location for other attractions. The beach walks along the dyke were de-stressing and were matched by the choice of a return beach walk or a landward walk to enjoy lovely gardens and houses full of architectural interest Facilities in house so good you did not want to dine out but used local shops for supplies to cook in comfort Butchers and "local" shop in Stalham are a must. Excellent fishmongers Harpsburgh? (Leave village for Stalham first left towards striped lighthouse). June 2011.
  6. The property is ideally situated with easy accsess to shops, pubs, resteraunts and public transport.It is a very comfortable property, with a lovely modern kitchen and elegant furnishings. I will definatly recommend to famly and friends and would like to stay again on my next visit. June 2011.

  18. Even though the weather wasn’t sunny all the time there is always something to do in the lakes. This was our first holiday in the Lakes and probably the best holiday we have had. The apartment was excellent and location perfect my daughter did not want to leave and was very upset when we had to come home. The apartment was perfect for all our needs, it was clean, modern, with up to date equipment, very clean and comfortable beds but most of all the location was perfect for all the local amenities. We had one small problem with the hot water heating and after a phone call to the owner this was repaired within the hour. All this led to a very memorable holiday and a very relaxing time.
