In the centre of a pretty village
In the centre of a peaceful, picturesque, traditional village off the beaten track, this spacious house is a perfect base to discover central Brittany’s hidden delights, and is within easy reach of Brittany’s north and south coasts for an afternoon at the beach.
The sheltered, secluded and enclosed garden between the house and the church is perfect for children to play on the swings, or for a quiet nap followed by evening aperitif and barbecue. Enjoy the lovely modern kitchen and lounge/diner, as well as the original beams upstairs. You can stroll from the house through the village to the bar or restaurant, or along one of many footpaths.
The lake of Poulancre is just a 5-minute walk. Mûr-de-Bretagne is close by; an unspoilt market town. The local river valley and countryside is lush and peaceful. Lake Guerledan and the Nantes-Brest waterway are nearby, with a man made beach and watersports centre, for those wishing for an active holiday.
