Situated on a working farm by the banks of the River Clyde, this single storey barn conversion has lovely views of open countryside from the large patio windows. The cottage is light and airy, yet warm and welcoming for holidays throughout the year. Just 100 yards from the banks of the River Clyde, the owner has fishing permits available for holidaymaker’s use, whilst 1.5 miles away, Biggar has museums, golf, a boating pond and tennis and the Clyde Waterfalls are only 12 miles away in Lanark. Further afield, Edinburgh with its castle, theatre and restaurants and Glasgow with its sport and shopping are both 25 miles away. Shop 1.5 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

All on ground floor: Living room with double sofa bed, wooden floor and patio doors/dining room/kitchen. 1 double (5ft) bedroom with en-suite bathroom with corner bath, shower cubicle and toilet. Separate toilet.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
