Customer Comments

Selected comment(s) from customers who have enjoyed staying at this property:
  1. Usually I spend first day of holiday cleaning - not this time - it was spotless. I felt I could walk barefoot and I was not worried that there was stuff on the floor that my feline or canine companions might pick up. We are fussy over our standards especially as health issues due to chemo. Loved fact everything matched and was co-ordinated. Thought has gone into this property as well as the others on site. We were not bothered, often have experienced being asked to show people around property. When there was a problem ( using Sky!- we do not have Sky at home) it was not a problem and help was supportive. It is a working farm and the fact they made time when extremely busy with lambing etc made us feel more special. I want to come back not least because my mother felt relaxed. It was my convalesence and I now feel stronger to go back to a full time role after my cancer because I feel so relaxed after a lovely holiday despite the weather. No - the owner has not paid me to write this! April 2012.
  2. Comfortable and ample room for us all to move around, everything we needed was provided. Sept 2010.
  3. Very spacious and excellent bathroom/shower facilities. June 2010.
  4. Lovely accommodation, beautiful location. Lots of space. Lovely garden area. May 2009.
  5. Spacious enough for 8 adults. Peace and quiet of the countryside. Sept 2009.
  6. Tranquil surroundings and the local people were very friendly. The owners were extremely helpful and their accommodation was excellent. May 2008.
  7. The accommodation was fantastic. Such a lovely cottage. Felt right home there. Sept 2008.
  8. Wonderfully rural location with far-reaching views across rolling hills. The farm’s resident pair of ostriches, Norma and Nobby, were also quite a talking point! June 2006.
  9. Superb accommodation surpassed my expectations. I would certainly recommend this accommodation. June 2006.
