Situated in a peaceful holiday location this delightful, air-conditioned terraced house has the advantage of two terraces, offering the possibility of sun or shade whenever required.

It is less than 0.75 miles (1km) away from the beach and the lovely marina of St Cyprien. You can discover the second largest marina in Southern France by visiting it on foot, along the quays.

Walking enthusiasts may also discover the beauty of the flora and fauna of Canet Lagoon, only 1.25 miles (2km) away. Perpignan, once the capital city of Languedoc-Roussillon and an arts and crafts centre is also within driving distance.

Shops 550 yards (500m), restaurant, café/bar 0.75 mile (1km) and beach 880 yards (800m).

Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, bathroom with separate shower and basin, separate toilet, 1 double bedroom. Mezzanine: 2 twin bedrooms, double sofa bed in lounge.

Electric heating, power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, highchair, colour TV, video, radio, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, enclosed garden, courtyard, verandah, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets. NB: Open-tread stairs to mezzanine.

  1. A lovely little house in a quiet location but within easy walk of everything you need. The house had everything we needed for the stay but we were unable to locate sufficient linen for the beds. I would definitely recommend both the house and the area. June 2012.
  2. Part of a row of terraced cottages providing good accommodation for a family of four. The patio to the front was a little noisy from passing traffic but the one to the rear was a lovely sun trap and quiet. Do not park in front of the property as your car will quickly be covered with sticky sap from the Fir Trees! June 2012.

  5. St Cyprien is an ideal resort. The beaches are very safe and clean, having European blue flags, lifeguards on duty, no tides and no dogs. The resort is lively at night, particularly at the marina. St Cyprien is well placed for exploring the Pyrenees and the villages of the Languedoc . An extremely well equipped comfortable modern house in a quiet location, close to shops and only a few minutes walk from the beach at St Cyprien. Aug 2009.
