  1. Cottage in perfect condition. Very friendly property owner. Very clean. Perfect. Aug 2012.
  2. Lovely setting on the edge of a wood. Plenty of birds visiting and occasional deer. Quite a few public pathways off the lane and only a few miles drive from the coast. Steynning is a cute place and a base for a crcular walk across the South Downs. The quality of the accommodation was excellent. Our 2 dogs certainly enjoyed their holiday too! Feb 2012.
  3. A lovely, recently comverted barn using all new green Oak timbers, in a beautiful woodland setting. Lots of bridle paths through the huge local woodlands, ideal for walking with or without dogs. Very well equipped except (for us) no internet access. Oct 2011.
  4. A quiet location on a horticultural estate. The accommodation is in a unique reconstructed packhouse built of green oak with exposed roof timbers and tiled roof and excellent outdoor decking.. Facilities fully adequate specifically the en-suite shower room in addition to main bathroom. We thought consideration might be given to renewing beds. Excellent walks from the house and further afield. Visits to interesting buildings including the ruined castle and St Mary’s house in nearby Bramber. 1 Mile to village shop, Post Office and tearooms. A base for a most enjoyable stay. Sept 2011.
  5. A beautiful well appointed cottage in lovely surroundings. there was a good variety of wildlife and birds, binoculars are a must. There are so many walks and places to visit within a reatively short distance we found a week wasn’t long enough and need to return to do the things we missed. Aug 2011.

  9. The barn was very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. There was a lovely bridleway about 200 yds away that was perfect for walking our dog. Recommend visiting Parham Gardens and Amberley Open Air Museum - both very dog friendly. May 2011.
