1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Situated down a private lane with its own garden overlooking fields, this holiday bungalow stands on its own in open country. The very picturesque village of Hutton le Hole, 2 miles, leads to the North York Moors National Park, superb for walking, cycling or riding. Pickering with the steam railway, 7 miles. Scarborough, Whitby 23 miles. Family entertainment at Flamingoland, 10 miles. Rievaulx Abbey, Helmsley Castle, Duncombe Park and Castle Howard all within 8 miles. Good shopping and pub/restaurants in Kirkbymoorside 1 mile.

All on ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen. Utility room. 2 bedrooms: 1 double with shower, 1 twin. Bathroom with toilet.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Video. DVD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Garden and furniture. Barbecue. Parking (2 cars). No smoking. Friday to Friday.

  3. Beautiful large garden, I only wish the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed it more. The rooms were all comfortable, and the kitchen equipped with everything you could need. Great location - it was easy to get to places to walk (the moors, the yorkshire coast, etc), easy to get to places to visit (Whitby, Scarborough, Goathland, etc) and also near enough to small towns with facilities to stock up on groceries or get a take-away. My only complaint was the telly had not been converted to digital yet, so only the 5 channels and the picture wasn’t great. Jan 2012.
  4. We went to the cottage for a break for our Silver Wedding Ann, we enjoyed the break and we were lucky with weather until our last day, when it was raining heavily, so we came home a day early. I left my phone charger in the double bedroom, in the corner. I would be grateful I could get this returned to me. We are interested in renting this cottage during the summer next year. Dec 2011.
  5. Wanted to escape bonfire night (my dog hates the bangs). The property was ideal - very quiet - and the enclosed large garden was great. Would highly recommend. Oct 2011.
  6. We had a great holiday - the cottage was excellent, with a lovely enclosed garden. Plenty of visiting birds and a pheasant and a couple of partridges! Lovely walks nearby - Hutton-le-Hole was only 2 miles away and it was excellent for walks and a lovely cream tea!! April 2011.
  7. Our second visit to this property and it won’t be the last. A lovely cosy clean cottage in very private surroundings. The large garden was excellent for our dog. Central location for visiting the whole of the North Yorkshire Moors and excellent dining pubs in close proximity to the cottage, some of whom welcome well behaved dogs. Southview also near to some great walks. Can’t wait to visit again. March 2011.

  11. The bungalow was spacious clean and well equipped but the bonus was the garden - large, secure, seating, and very pretty. The owners left the key and did not bother us at all. All this made for a very enjoyable stay, definitely worth a return visit. April 2010.
  12. Overall the property was an excellent standard, immaculately clean and tidy. The garden is huge and is brilliant for a dog and children. The location of the cottage is ideal for a quiet get away but still enough places near by if you enjoy walking. March 2010.

  19. Having a large dog the back garden was a big plus, the pubs and people of Kirkbymoorside were very helpful and so frendly, We would certainly concider visiting the area again using the same accomodation. (The free bottle of wine was nice suprise most welome). Feb 2008.
