  1. Cosy cottage in beautiful, peaceful countryside with plenty to do within easy reach. Friendly owner happy for us to use her excellent tennis court. June 2012.

  3. The cottage had absolutely everything we needed. It was exceptionally welcoming and comfortable. The open fire was a real treat and we were allowed to help ourselves to however much coal/logs we required. The location and scenery were stunning. We had a fantastic few days and are definitely going to return. I would highly recommend this property. Dec 2011.

  8. Slightly old-fashioned courtyard property adjacent to an old-fashioned country hall (the owner’s family home) within lovely traditional country park grounds at the end of a no-through road in the middle of ’no-where’. Beautiful and quiet - with owner very welcoming and available, yet discreet. Highly recommended. Aug 2010.
  9. The accommodation was exactly as described. Everything I could possibly have needed was provided. The location was both beautiful and a priveledge, especially with the use of the Hall’s grounds. May 2010.
  10. Liked the location; very rural but still near town. Enjoyed seeing the sheep! The owner was a delightful host. April 2010.
