1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

A delightful detached bungalow with lovely views over Combe Martin down towards the sea. Set in a quiet location providing cosy well equipped holiday accommodation with a wonderful garden. From the front door there are some great walks. South West Coastal Path is easily accessible only a few minutes’ walk away and provides some challenging as well as breathtaking walks. The bungalow is located on the edge of Exmoor, which can offer something for all the family. Combe Martin has its own beach; with a mixture of sand, rocks and rock pools to explore. Woolacombe is a short drive away providing excellent surfing. Other attractions include Watermouth Castle and theme park, fishing, golf and pony trekking. Shop and pub 300 yards, restaurant 500 yards.

All on ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Shower room with toilet.

Gas central heating, electricity and bed linen included. Cot. High chair. DVD. CD. Microwave. Washer/dryer. Dishwasher. Freezer. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Parking (3 cars). No smoking.

  2. This is a clean and comfortable property. Not too posh that you couldn’t relax in it for fear of having a minor accident and tidy enough to take off your shoes and relax. It had loads of fixtures and fittings just like home..except for a hairdryer! The location itself was very quiet and tranquil however it is a little bit steep to walk up from the pavement if entering the local town. The town itself is basic and simple which was a refreshing change from commercialized seaside holiday places. Lots of places to walk the dog if you fancy a steep incline over Exmoor. July 2011.

  4. Excellent situation with views to the sea. Access to footpaths was good - it was easy to take our poodle for a walk without using the car. All rooms were well equipped. We were able to make use of the DVD player. Did not see the caretkaser! Oct 2010.

  7. The bungalow had everything you needed to make your holiday a good one, clean, warm and plenty of room. The only problem was finding the name of the road as the hedge had grown over it. The council cut this whilst we were there. Sept 2010.

  12. Silver Haze was in a lovely setting, with views out to the bay from both dinning room and sitting room. Garden was well kept and very pretty. The bungalow was well equipped and very clean. If I had to give a negative comment is that although we choose the bungalow for ease of access for disabled party member, the bungalow had steps at both back and front doors. It would be really useful to have a ramp or handrail fitted to allow ease of access. March 2010.
  13. Silver haze is a nice property and well situated to the towns amenities. The property is well maintained and cared for. If I could offer a suggestion for improvement. I would gate off the property to truly make it dog friendly and if possible to ask the adjacent land owner to trim back there trees to improve what would be a view to die for to the sea. Oct 2009.
